Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Irresponsibe Father

I have shared physical custody with my childrens dad since April 2004. It doesn't seem to be working out too well. He takes care of the kids when he wants, picks them up when he wants. He denies them of medical care and proper hygiene. What can I do? I've been though 6 ro 7 lawyers and nothing has changed and he even has neglect on his record. Can you or someone help me?

I don't know what legal advice I can render if you've been through six or seven lawyers in two years. Your task is to enforce the custody agreement as written and I assume you disagree with the results you've gotten thus far. Changing lawyers will not change the underlying facts that the court relies on.
