Is it legal in iowa to drug test me during labor because I didn't see a primary dr. During pregnancy? I seen dr.s but they were mostly emergency room visits because something at that time made me concerned how ever everything was normal everytime. I was not on any state insurance. I was getting a settlement that month an was just going to pay for my medical bills. I did go into labor three weeks early. They tested me before my son was born without permission. Which has led to a Cina case. Cps got me in the hospital while on a morphine drip from a c-section an got me to sign something while I was barely coherent the nuse came in an gave me two percocet an pushed the button on the iv drip right after I took them though I didn't ask her to, an in walked cps an two Cops an two nurses. I asked them to wait for my boyfriend my son's father who was on his way they gave him 2 mins. I asked for the paper back I signed not knowing what it was made arrangements with these people for my mom to take my son. She's never even had a speeding ticket no criminal substance abuse history she's a saint. she went to get her house ready an they took my son an the paper an told me the man that took him from cps wouldn't be available till the following week an wouldn't tell me where my child was they also prescribed me the same medicine I tested positive an they took my baby for after i was discharged. As well as told me I wasn't allowed to leave ,my room an sat a 24 hr nurse detail on my room until I was discharged. The police arrested my boyfriend from my delivery room on a warrant for an aggravated misdemeanor of unauthorized use of a credit card. I have been fighting for my son for a year an facing termination when I've tried to comply as best as I can an financially provide everything for him, visit as much as allowed don't ever miss ask for more every week still supervised visits the fact I don't work currently don't have

A place in our name cuz we don't live here actually but we have money to take care of us I did faila drug test an they are seeking termination, I am extremely involved in my son's life as well as his father we are together an weve been here since day one but he has a pending criminal case so that's there reason for terminating him, we were residents of California not of iowa an headed home when I went into labor, now we are stuck in iowa an loosing our son.
