Legal in Iowa or not?
Can a 16 year old girl live with an 18 year old guy while continuing her education in the state of Iowa?

A sixteen year old girl is a minor. So is an eighteen year old. There's nothing that says they can't but the possibilities for misadventure are endless, people being who they are.
