Life insurance beneficiary

My brother was named beneficiary on my moms life insurance when she died. That and a car is all my mom had. She had his name on the title of the car also. My sister and I got nothing. Can we protest to the court and make him share?

You're going to have to hire an attorney and contest the will. It's a very expensive process.
