Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

I live in IA and want to move to Arizona with my 7 yr old son, but his father won't even discus it with me I've brought it up a few times now and he won't even sit down to talk to me about it! I would like to move in about 5 months how can I do this legaly? Please help!

You'll have to get the court to modify the custody and support agreement. That's assuming you have one.
