Making her pay her fair share

I AM RECENTLY DIVORCED,THE EX HAD WRITTEN IN THE DECREE...I'M RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OUTSTANDING DEBTS OF A BUSINESS WE OWNED AND WORKED TOGETHER,I DID THE WORK...SHE DID THE BOOKS..TURNS OUT SHE HAD A GAMBLING PROBLEM,SHE STAYED IN THE HOUSE,I QUIT MAKING THE PAyments last may,she hasn't made one,I GOT SERVED FORECLOSURE PAPERS LAST JULY,ALL THE WHILE SHE IS STILL LIVING THERE...FREE. I KNOW WHEN THE BANK FINALLY KICKS HER OUT SHE'S GOING BACK TO CA. AND LEAVING ME TO DEAL WITH THE BANKERS.IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO MAKE HER PAY HER FAIRSHARE?

To make her pay her 'fair share' she's got to have some money. Does she have any funds that you can get at?
