If a man and woman are married and the woman cheats on the man and conceives what may not be his child is he still legally responsible for that child because they are married?

Maybe, maybe not. If you're named on the birth certificate or have filed an affidavit of paternity it's more difficult. You can file to disestablish paternity but you'll need two things: money, and a lawyer. The money's for the lawyer.
