Marital Residence Refinancing
The judge's dissolution decree stated that Mr would assume mortgage and make payments. To date, he has been financially unable to refinance the house to remove me (the primary borrower on the mortgage) from the deed. He's made payments 30+ days late several times.
Since I remain the primary on this loan, can I sell the house?
