marriage and divorce
I own a home '30 year morgage purchased 6 yrs ago'. I am looking at getting married in about a year to a year and half from now. I also have retirement investments. If I end up in a divorce what legal rights does she have to my home and retirerment investments

You should think about having a properly drafted prenuptial agreement executed before you marry. Although property acquired before the marriage is yours, it often becomes the subject of litigation if people think they're being treated unfairly.
