Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

While married i had a baby by another man who is not my husband one year ago. The childs father is not listed on the birth ccertificate, only i am. What are his rights to the child without being on it? Do i have more say with the child without him on it?

He has no rights at this point but if he has acted as the father in the belief that he is the father and files an affidavit of paternity he's the dad.
