Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

When I married my ex-husband, I never legally changed my name to his last name. I have always filed my taxes with my maiden name, have it on my driver's license, and my social security card still is in my maiden name. When we divorced, all the divorce papers are filed and signed using my "married" name, which is not my legal name. I didn't think about it at the time. We are since back together and wondered if there is a technicality that we could still be married since the divorce papers used my "not legal" name?

Not really. But if it bothers you you could get an attorney to file something to clarify it.
