I was married in 2011 to a transsexual when he signed our marriage certificate he signed with his male name bc he was still living as a male still but in 2003 he had his name legally changed to Jennifer, signed as Joshua, is my marriage legal? We are now separated.

It is legal unless and until it has been the subject of a dissolution of marriage proceeding in the court.
