Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa
Married 6 yrs, husband is active duty army. We have a 5 yr old daughter. Severe narcissistic abuse suffered by him and his mother. He's gone as far as to have me investigated for child abuse and mandated to a psychiatrist. (Case dismissed no findings) I've found emails using my nude photos for payment to strangers online to photoshop his underage (at the time) sisters photo to porn. He refuses to do anything about the mouse infestation in our home. Silent treatments, gas lighting, subtle verbal abuse and neglect towards child. Threats of taking her from me in court and attacking mental health. I've been evaluated and they can not find the accused psychosis. I am desperate and at my wits end. I'm terrified if I leave the court will hand my child over to sociopaths on a silver platter. What are my rights? How can I document abuse that is not physical? How can I protect my child?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I suggest you retain a family law practicioner. It sounds to me as if your issues are far too complicated and interrelated to be addressed in this forum.
