What does this mean?

Can you tell me what this means (CONTEMPT-ILLEGAL RESISTANCE TO ORDER OR PROCESS)and what could happen if found guilty?

If you avoid service of process you can be held in contempt of court which has the potential of an arrest and jail attached to it.
