Minor Medical Treatment

Can my childs father seek non-emergency medical treatment for our daughter during her weekly visitation with him with out my permission? Can I be forced to pay for this treatment because I am the one who carries the insurance for her?

Yes, and yes unless there's something in your custody and support agreement that says otherwise.
