Modify Child Support

In march of 04 my divorce decree was handed down. Child support was set for 6 children who are in my custody. On the support guidelines worksheet, my ex took deductions on both lines 6 and 7 of the deduction section. I thought that those lines were used ONLY if he had been married before and was paying alimony and child support to a previous family. Am I right or wrong?
