Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Order of protection

I will be in court on July 9th 2007 to answer a restraining order filed by estranged wife.(we live in Iowa)She has made reference in the protective order to two(2) remarks I made. Will I be forced to answer questions that will intend to incriminate me at the hearing? I should note I have never threatened to do or have not done any harm to her or my children.

She may force you to reply regarding your two remarks of the protectice order by refering. It is advisable to consult attorney/lawyer
