Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

im owed back alimony. he owes around twenty thousand with all the fees and $150 a day set by the courts. we have been to court three times and hes been to jail, he writes bad checks to get out and keeps going back in and does the same thing again. what can i do to get my money i need to live off of.

I really have no idea what you can do beyond hiring an attorney to go about the collection process.
