Parenty testing
i would like to get a DNA test done. But child supportwon't pay for a test because payments have been made out of income taxes.When partenty was estiblished a DNA wasn't ordered.

You did not ask a question, But,,,,,,
If a Paternity or Filiation Judgment was entered, without testing, then the putative father consented to it; or was not present during the evidentiary hearing, after Notice.
If you are the "father" and just want to know the truth.... you can pay to have your child tested when visiting you.
But, you must understand that: If the child is past 5 years old, any DNA result that changes the prior determination will be deemed void, moot and otherwise, have no bearing on your parental obligations.
The law presumes that a child's best interests are that "father's" not changeable after a certain point of self consiousness, ie., age 5.
