paternity affidavit
If i signed the an affidavit at the hospital but was recently told i was not the father of my child and we haven't had paternity test done is there anything i can do if i'm proven to not be the father. or should i not waste the $ on a paternity test?

If you want to upset a paternity affidavit you've got a lot of work ahead of you. I suggest you contact a good family law attorney to review your case.
