Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Paternity when father is deceased but there is a sibling

Paternity needs to be determined on my son. His father is deceased but he has a daughter. A hair sample was taken but there is no root to the hair it was cut at the time of his death by his wife. Question where that hair is now anyway. The father's daughter is legitimate and willing to take any test that is available to determine if my son is her brother. What are my options, where do I go for the testing. Can a test be done on the sibling to determine if her father is my son's father?

I believe your question is properly directed to a person of the medical establishment. I am not a biologist.
