Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa
paternity fraud
I know for sure the daughter my son is raising now alone is not his child. The mother of the child told me and another relative 3 weeks before being with my son, she was pregnant by her boyfriend at the time. After a one-night stand she had with my son. A week later she told him she could be pregnant. I accused her of lieing about it. And my son believed this woman, And married her after the birth. I know this was a fraud case from the start. She thinks it's funny and tells others it is not his child. She pays no child support because she is on welfare from past children she had by this other man. Everyone of her children (4 ) have different men's names on their birth papers. It was a welfare scam they did in the past. I believe my son was just another scam from her. All her children and the one with my son look like this other man. My son now know she lied but feels their is nothing he can do about it.

Re: paternity fraud
Legally speaking you don't have a dog in this fight. It's his problem and not yours.
