He wont pay - does he have to be on the bithcirtificate
I am 7 months pregnant and since the father refuses to be financially responsible for this or his other 2 children(by diff women) i dont want him to have anything to do with my child! Can i put my fiance on the birth cirtificate?? and if so does he have to sign off his rights even though the child is unborn??

Putting the name of your boyfriend on a birth certificate when you know that it is not so is a falsification of a state record and you could be prosecuted for it.
You do not have the ability to terminate or assign rights to a child that is not yet born.
The proper route is adoption.
