Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

I currently am paying my ex wife $125 per month towards her monthly insurance premium to cover our 21 yr old daughter on my ex wife's insurance. If my wife has no monthly premium for her insurance and is misleading me would that be against the law and would I have recourse against her?

Why would it be against the law? What do you mean by recourse? What's important here is if you were ordered by the court to pay those funds. If you were court ordered, and you think that needs to change, you'll have to petition the court for a modification to the custody and support order.
