Who pays for discovery fees?

I have been putting off filing for divorce as my husband's business is involved and there will be much discovery to be dug up. If I file, do I have to pay the legal fees to have that discovery done? Or would my husband be required to submit it to his attorney - therefore sending copies to my attorney as well? I do not want to get stuck paying big bucks to get HIS paperwork.

Generally the person who wants discovery has to pay to get it done.
