Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Does a person have a legal right to fight off a restraining order that was file at the court house. Both parties went into an agreement to stay away from each other. How can you fight to get this removed from his record?

The person who took out the restraining order can ask that it be dropped, and a person's entitled to a hearing if it's a 236 order.
