Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

If a person (my son) has been legally evicted, but the legal tenant (his girlfriend) let him back in. Can she have the sheriff remove him again?

On what basis should your son be removed? He's now a holdover tenant and she must follow the eviction law or else let the landlord take care of it. I think she's going to have problems with the real landlord.
