Personal service

I have filed a petition for review of Child Support. It is in limbo, waiting for proof of service to the respondent.

The respondent phoned the court and confirmed receipt of notice by mail, but the court is requiring proof of service.

How is personal service documented to the court's liking?

Proof of service is an affidavit of service from the server, whether it be a process server or the sheriff.
