Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

I have physical evidence through email that my stepdaughters' mother is prostituting herself while her daughters are in the house. What legal actions does my husband have to get his children out of such a terrifying situation? Will the courts even view this as a big deal? They currently share 50/50 custody of their daughters.

The problem you would have is proof. At this point you don't know that the emails haven't been spoofed, and since you weren't there you can't say to a certainty that any particular person sent them Nonetheless I would turn them over to the attorney who is handling your husband's custody matters. He does have an attorney, doesn't he?
