Prenuptial agreement

When you write a new will, will an existing prenuptial agreement take presidence over the will?

I'm not sure what you mean by precedence, but if you mean can a lawfully executed prenuptial agreement be voided by a subsequently drafted or amended last will and testament, I would have to say no.

A prenuptial agreement is a contract, and you could not void a preexisting contract with a will.
