how do i get my name off property after a divorce, i let my husband keep the house but my name is still on the property i live in az and he lives in ia

Re: property after a divorce
You can give him a quitclaim deed that releases all your right, title and interest. However, if money is owed to a mortgage lender you aren't going to get off the hook that easily.
