No Release
my wife will not give me a devorce, on three attempts i served her and she didn't sign why i have no idea but i've tried to tell her that it's about time we get on with our lives. i let her know that i forgave her of her adultry,thats why we seperated,but for some unknown reason she still,to this day want admit to her wrong doing but thats getting off the point so what or how do i get a devorce if she want sign papers. yes,i have a son with her and i do pay child support i send what i can,i even tried to get my son ssn# from her so that i could put it on my 401k plan as my benificary and she told me "i don't know and i couldn't have it" and also i put him on my medical and dental plan and she still wouldn't give it to me this lady is a very vendictive person. she lives know in Definance, Ohio and i live in orlando,Fl she flat out refused me visitation with my son when i asked. i spoke to my son personally on the phone did he want to come and visit me and he said yes but when his mother got on the phone she said that they had plans. So how can i finally get on with my life and continue to help my son?

Have you retained an attorney to handle this for you. The reason why I ask is because an attorney can be very persistent with their server and get the other party served. The attorney will know how to get the party served to move on with the case. Once she is served you can move full steam ahead with or without her. Visitation will be a part of the proceeding and she will not have much choice with that. You will be given visitation and if she refuses then she will be in contempt and possibly lose custody of your child if you push hard enough with this issue.
