i have two children with my ex who is also very crazy but we settled it out of court and i am supposed to have visitations with the girls, she now won't allow it because she says i am on drugs but i took a UA through dhs and still never heard anything. its been awhile now since i have seen them and i feel like its not fair, if i am paying child support shouldn't i be able to see my girls? is there a way i can give up my rights or get her for contempt? i had a lawyer but she has failed with contacting me or doing anything about the situation. what do i do?
