Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

I have been separated from my husband since March of this year. I left the mobile home at the time because I couldn't afford it on my own. I now want to move back in with a roommate situation. I have a 12 yr old daughter (not my husbands) and I am trying to keep her in the same school dist. I can afford the home with help. The place I am living now I can't afford anymore. My husband lives there alone, never home and refuses to move out. What are my rights?
