Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

is this sexual abuse

I am going thru a divorce my ex has visitation every other weekend. This past weekend when I picked our kids up our 7 year old daughter told me in her own words, but she saw daddy receiving a hand job from his girlfriend - who happens to be married to another guy and pregnant with my ex's child and living with my ex. This is the second time that the kids have seen this happen. So I am not letting him see the kids until he gives me written assurance that his girlfriend will not be around when he has the kids. What is my chance of being in contempt of court or do I have reasonable dought to not let them stay up there with him. My daughter has an appointment w/a counselor on tuesday but I don't know if it is considered sexual abuse or if they will look at it as inappropriate behavior. In any case what can happen to me, the kids or him on visitation? I do have an attorney and I would like a second opinion. He can see the kids just as long as his girlfriend is not around. I don't want to be in contempt but after seeing what my daughter told me how can I let them go up there and stay with him and her? Please help I am confused and just want to protect my kids from any more of this behavior

Re: is this sexual abuse

It's not sexual abuse per se but it is certainly highly innapropriate and offensive behavior. I suggest that you report this to the DHS as soon as possible, and further apply for an emergency hearing on your custody order to limit or eliminate his visitation rights.
