Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

If you sign over your parental rights do you still have to pay child support. Also is there anyway to get an injuction from the family courts to for an abortion, and how so

If for some reason you are relieved of your parental rights you do not have to pay child support. It's not as easy as signing a piece of paper though. As to your second question, that's not happening either.
