Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa
I have a simple question (I think). I live in Council Bluffs, IA. All of my friends live in Nebraska. I am married. I want to get basic estate planning and health care documents signed and witnessed.
Can my witnesses come from Nebraska, or do they need to be residents of the same town/state in which I reside?

There's no residency requirement for your witnesses.
