Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My sister lives in another state and is suffering severe depression and is suicidal. I cannot get her husband to respond for assistance. Can I legally do anything to get her assistance?

Not really. The only thing i can think of is that if you notify that state's social services department they can check up on her maybe.
