Son doesn't get vists with his daugther ever

My son pays child support for his daugther ,but his ex-girlfriend who is the mother will not give him vists with his daugther every other weekend.

What are his legal rights and what can he do about it?

If he has a custody and support agreement he can proceed to enforce the terms of it. If he does not, he has nothing to stand on. Hire an attorney and get an order in place.
