Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

my daughter receives ssi but also is employed part time seh is living with her father at this time. he refuses to meet me 1/2 way for visits with my daughter and tells her she doesnt have enough money to come for a visit or to but a plane ticket and refuses to take her to an airport she is 22 but really 12 what do I do next?

She's an adult, you're an adult and he's an adult. There is nothing you can do to compel him to do anything.
