Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

In my Stipulation for Visitation w/ my twin daughters, it states for Tax exemptions that we each get to claim one child as a dependent as long as support payments are current. My checks are garnished weekly. They just turned 10 yrs. old, I have claimed 1 every year. This year (the one night stand) "EX" claimed both, she said I wasn't current! I went to CS recovery and got a print out, I was in fact $455.89 behind???? But the year prior to that I was $806.84 Ahead and so on....each year is a little behind or over, has never been right on the $0.00 at the end of the year. So my question is, is there anything I can do about her claiming my daughter?

Well, you were behind this year, so by the terms of the agreement you cannot claim the daughter.
