Can I get a temporary order to stop child support until I findout if the child is mine? And can I file for an order to make the other party take a paternity test?

If you have reason to believe that the child is not your biological child and you are named as the father you can file a petition to determine paternity. However, you have to be current on your child support to do so. So the answer to your first question is no. As to your second question, the answer to that is no, because were you to file an action to determine paternity the child would be tested and you would be tested.
