Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Title on motorcycle

I live in iowa and have divorced for over 2yrs now. My ex pretty much got everything in the divorce his truck, motorcycle, house,ect. I receive the title to his motorcycle in the mail today. Apparently my name is still on the title.... he must not know this. Can i get the name on the title changed solely into my name and take the bike or can i make him sell it and get half of the money?

The answers to your question are no, and no. On the other hand he won't be able to sell the bike without your signature so if he ever decides to sell or trade it he'll have a problem. If it's financed you could have problems with your credit if he decides to stop paying.
