Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

I turned eighteen February 21st and moved out of my parents house. They refuse to help support me financially. My biological father has been paying child support for years, and every month each payment goes onto a card. Is it my right to the card since they're no longer supporting me financially?

If you're not a child any more and not subject to a higher education subsidy of some kind you're not entitled to the money. If your biological father is still paying it and dear old mom is still taking it she may have to give it back.
