Uncontested Divorce

I have had no contact with my wife for over 26 years. I want to remarry. What do I need to do to divorce my wife?

An uncontested divorce where there are no property or custody issues is a relatively simple matter. If you do not know where your ex wife is you can have her served by publication. It would cost you about seven hundred and fifty dollars plus court costs and it takes about five or six months for the process to complete itself.
