Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa
Visitation
In my custody decre it states my childs father is to have visitation on every other thursday evening until monday at 8 am. it doesn't give a specific time as to when he has to pick her up. am i obligated to wait for him to come get her? He never shows up till saturday and then even bring her home sunday afternoon.

If you can't agree on what the rules are, you'll have to go back to court.
