Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Visitation at a distance

I am wondering how frequent of visitations an Iowa court generally finds reasonable if the two parents live just slightly less than 200 miles apart within the state? My kids live with their mom; they are 11 and 13. Also, could you see a court ordering more visitation than what their normal guidelines are in such a case if the mom insists on it? My problem is she wants me to take them as often as possible for the ''free babysitting'' but I don't want to make my kids travel all of the time so far of a distance. Thanks.
