Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa
Visitation while under Guardianship.
Under this Guardianship, visitation is only allowed in the presence of the Guardians on their premises only. Does this nulify the orginal divorce decree,in which visitation is set? DHS is involved.

Re: Visitation while under Guardianship.
A subsequently occurring condition such as a guardianship probably supersedes the visitation order of the divorce court-particularly where the welfare of a child is in play.
