Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My ex wife is still living in our house since we have been divorced since May 2014. It states in our Decree that the house is to be sold and split per our agreement. In the decree it does not give a time line to get the house on the market. All I have gotten is the run around as to shy we aren't trying to sell it. Do I have cause to take her to court

I suggest you contact the attorney who handled your dissolution to see what you can do to enforce the decree.
