Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

one and the same

My wife and I purchased a home together before we married seven years ago. Consequently, her previous name is on the title. We have recently been told it probably is not a good idea to leave it that way and should file a ''one and the same'' notice with the clerk of courts to change it. I searched the legal forms models on-line and can't find anything called that. What do you recommend?

To answer your question more information is needed. Is your ownership joint tenancy or as tenants in common?
